Getting started
Review Leaderboard gives every team member their own review QR code and link, and shows who's asking for reviews on a leaderboard inside your CRM.
1. Install
Install Review Leaderboard from the app marketplace, on one sub-account or on all of them at once. It appears in each sub-account's menu with six starter badges. Nothing else to set up.
2. Check your Google listing
We look up your business on Google automatically. If the leaderboard asks "Which Google listing is yours?", pick your listing from the list, or paste your Google review link. Until then, badges open your business on Google Maps. You can switch to Facebook, or let customers choose, under Settings.
3. Name your team
Click a badge name and type the person's name. Need more? Press Add badge (up to 100 per account).
4. Hand out the badges
- Print: press Print badge sheet for name badges, truck magnets or counter cards. Each badge also has a PNG download.
- Phone: press Send to phone on a badge so that person gets their own review card. It shows their QR code, a "Text it to a customer" button, "Save QR to photos", and their own scans and rank. It can be saved to the home screen.
- NFC: write the same link to an NFC tag (NTAG213 or larger) so customers can tap instead of scan.
5. Ask every customer
At the end of each job, show the code. The customer's phone camera opens your review page; the scan is counted for that team member. Don't set targets or prizes, and don't ask only the happy customers: Google doesn't allow it.
6. Manager on the go (optional)
Under Settings, press Send board to my phone to get a private link to the board. With it you can rename and reset badges and send cards from the field. Making a new link turns off the old one. Keep it private: anyone with it can rename and reset badges.
7. Make the menu item gold (optional, agency admins)
Want the menu item to stand out? Agency admins can paste this into Agency Settings → Custom JS. It only changes how the Review Leaderboard menu item looks.

Questions
What counts as a scan? A customer opening a team member's link. We count one scan per phone per badge per day, ignore link previews and bots, and cap scans from a single network.
Does a scan mean a review? No. Google doesn't tell anyone who wrote a review. The leaderboard shows who is asking; the Google reviews panel shows your total review count over time, checked once a day from your public listing.
Can team members see each other's numbers? No. A review card shows only that person's own scans and rank.
What happens if I uninstall? Counting stops right away and the badges still open your review page. Your badges and history are kept for 30 days, so reinstalling restores everything; after that they are deleted and printed badges stop working.
How much is it? $29 per month per sub-account, billed through the marketplace. Cancel anytime.
